About the space
The apartment is spacious and extends over an entire floor of a modern building, with elevator and private garage.
It is located a few meters from the main artery of Gaia (Avenida da República) being located on the street of D. Pedro V and within walking distance of most of the main sites of the city, such as Él Corte Inglès, the City Hall, the Luiz I Bridge, the Soares dos Reis Garden and many others.

This apartment is ideal for up to five adults.
Please note that when booking for mora than 4 guests, the sofa bed will only be prepared as a bed if requested in advance and only then will linen and preparation be provided.
A baby crib can be provided on request, along with baby bedding and a high chair for a single cost of €30 per stay.
The Municipal Tourist Tax of the City of Gaia will be charged in cash at check-in.
This fee is a legal requirement and varies according to the time of year.
It will be:
– Para estadias de 1 de Abril a 30 de Setembro de 2 Euros por noite, por cada hóspede acima dos 16 anos idade, por um máximo de 7 noites.
– Para estadias de 1 de Outubro a 31 de Março de 1 Euro por noite, por cada hóspede acima dos 16 anos idade, por um máximo de 7 noites.
